01 When will I receive my artwork?

Each KOLORS artwork is carefully made to order after your purchase is confirmed.

Production usually takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping across the United States and Canada usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days in total.

These are estimates. Peak periods, carrier delays, remote destinations, quality checks, or customs processing may require additional time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Orders containing multiple artworks may arrive in separate packages.

02 Canvas or acrylic glass: which should I choose?
Canvas artwork A warm, matte, and lightly textured finish. Perfect for a soft, natural look.
Glossy acrylic glass Richer color, greater depth, and a luminous, contemporary finish.

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, room lighting, and selected material.

A black floating frame creates stronger contrast. A white floating frame offers a brighter, more subtle look.

03 How do I choose the right artwork size?

Start by measuring your wall and any furniture that will sit beneath the artwork.

XS · 12 × 8 in Perfect for a shelf, desk, small wall, or gallery arrangement.
S · 16 × 12 in Ideal for an entryway, console, or compact space.
M · 24 × 16 in A balanced choice for a bedroom or medium-sized wall.
L · 32 × 24 in Designed for a living room, bedroom, or dining area.
XL · 40 × 30 in A true statement piece for a large wall.

As a general guide, your artwork or gallery arrangement can span approximately 60–75% of the furniture width beneath it.

You can also leave approximately 6–10 in between the furniture and the bottom of the artwork.

04 What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Contact our team within 7 days of delivery at contact@kolorsbrand.us and include your order number.

Please send:

  • a photo of the full artwork;
  • close-up photos of the damage;
  • photos of all four corners;
  • photos of the outer shipping box;
  • photos of the protective packaging;
  • a photo of the shipping label.

Keep the artwork, box, and all protective packaging until your claim has been fully resolved.

Do not return the artwork before receiving instructions from our team.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
