It is included in the shipping confirmation email sent when your artwork leaves production. Check your spam or promotions folder too.
Why does my tracking show no updates?
Carriers may need up to 48 hours to scan a newly shipped package. Updates can also pause while a parcel moves between facilities.
Will Canadian orders show customs updates?
When provided by the carrier, customs and border-processing events will appear in the tracking history. These steps may add transit time.
Can I change my address after shipment?
Once an order has shipped, address changes are not guaranteed. Contact the carrier directly, then email us if you still need help.
